Getting in the Christmas spirit (level)

We were back at Alice Park community garden to help continue the work goodgymmers had started previously to create new raised beds as part of a new sensory area of the garden.

This involved taking out plastic flooring that was under the grass and creating a space for the wooden frames to be slotted in. A spirit level (and a hammer) was used to ensure the planters were completely even and in line.

Full of energy after a mid morning coffee and biscuit break we then shovelled a lot of soil into the planters to fill them up, ready to be topped up with gravel.
