Goodgym Colchester is about getting fit and doing good. Whatever your fitness level, ability or age (over 18), if you like to meet new people and do something worthwhile, come and join us. Goodgym is proudly supported by Saucony and Raleigh but also we have strong links to Jo Cox's Foundation's The Great Get Together, The Big Help Out, SlowWays, Parkrun and Colchester City Council. We are proud to support Colchester Foodbank, Level Best Art Cafe, Colchester Borough Homes, Colchester in Bloom, Mind, St Helena Hospice, Emmaus, Beacon House, Colchester Night Shelter, Signals Media, The Pioneer Sailing Trust, Keep Britain Tidy, Essex Wildlife Trust, Colchester Pride and more. We are always looking for new tasks to help with. Our ethos and vision for Colchester is one of inclusion and diversity, with a drive to see our city have cleaner air and to encourage people to chose green transport options. There is a lot of work to be done to achieve this and we hope our group can inspire a ripple effect of positive change.
