60 Minute Challenge

A chance to improve your endurance pace

Over the next 7 days use your daily exercise to test and improve your threshold pace.

Each run clock how far you can cover in your 'daily exercise' hour (I know we are not technically limited to an hour but a 60 minute limit lets you run your 'lunch break'.

Try and build your pace over 2 or 3 runs (or more) and see how much further you can cover by the end of the week. Probably means you won't have time to stop and take too many selfies on route so save the photos for your daily 'finish line'.

Set yourself a target to improve - can you cover 400m more, 1km or even more?

What to look out for

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
