Assisted Mr J with building his exercise bike. Successfully completed phase one of the assembly to get the frame and heavy lifting out of the way. We'll be back soon to finish up the final tweaks and get him completely ready to ride.

Adam went off on a litter pick whilst Jen, Caroline, Mick and Louis grabbed a rake or pitchfork and joined the BBOWT and Friends of The Millie volunteers to rake up the reeds and nettles that had been cut down by a team who had attended earlier in the week.

Thank you to our 3 volunteers for making it possible for the event to go ahead. Adam today was Tail Walking as well as many other roles like warm up and making sure parking was booked - than you for stepping in. Papri was marshal no 10, making sure runners are ok and follwing the route correctly.

Sut was RD.

WoW where has the time gone, we are already sorting out Christmas donations. It come to 2027 and we are not even on 11th. Thank you to our 3 volunteers! Pam-Manjit & Sut. Either it just one of us or all 3 we may of been sipping away too much and even May joined us. Was not the greatest idea whilst sorting out ornaments and decorations when your flying high with fairy wings.

Look out for more dates to come leading towards December.

Well wasn't that a beautiful morning spent with Thames Hospice helping to sort out donated clothes.

In fact it was so warm that we almost felt like we were in the Coat D'azur soaking up the Mediterranean sun!

What a lovely collection of winter coats we had today too!

Next Thursday we are back at 09:00 to help sort through the Christmas items
