Ms D has limited mobility and uses crutches, so she can't complete the clearance independently. the clearance would help facilitate the inspection of the hot water and heating valves to complete her outstanding radiator repairs. The clearance would also help to rectify Ms D breach of tenancy due to insufficient access to arears where work is required.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
