About the task

Come and help at Great Salterns Park Run!

If it has been raining, bring your walking boots/wellies.

There are plenty of jobs you can take on and most with extremely minimal training. Some tasks can even be done on top of you participating in the run.

  1. Have a look at the roster here - https://www.parkrun.org.uk/greatsalterns/futureroster/
  2. Pick a role.
  3. Email greatsalterns@parkrun.com and let them know what role you'd like to do.

For double volunteer credits, and if you're not already, sign up to parkrun here - https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym community mission. When we're doing a community mission we make our own way to the task, so you can choose to walk, run, or cycle. Thinking of cycling - check out our FAQs

This session is organised by your Taskforce, a group of experienced GoodGym members in your area. They are not responsible for your safety. You should feel confident to participate in the session as it is described and you do so at your own risk.

GoodGym is a community of people that get fit by doing good. We run, walk and cycle to do practical tasks for community organisations and isolated older people.
