Hi everyone and welcome to GoodGym Greenwich!
We're a friendly and social group who combine running with volunteering in the local community. We meet every Wednesday to get active and do a physical task for charities and community organisations in the area.
The Task
This week we'll be litter picking up by the Plumstead McDonald's, 3 Pettman Crescent, SE28 0FF.
Where & When
There are two options for the meeting point:
6.30pm at Charlton House (The what three words location is "army.rips.spicy" ) for a 3km run to the Woolwich Elizabeth Line station.
7pm at Woolwich Elizabeth Line station where we will have a short 1.5-2km run to start the litter pick. The full address is Woolwich Elizabeth line Station, Dial Arch Square, Major Draper Street, Woolwich, London, SE18 6GD (what three words: ///slave.laying.skill)
The session will be about 90 minutes in total so we should be all wrapped up by 8.30pm.
What To Bring
Please bring some gloves (and a litter picker and head torch if you have one), otherwise it's just yourself.
See you then!

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Rachel Henry by email at rachelhenry@goodgym.org.
Area Activator at GoodGym Greenwich. I love community and getting to know all the great initiatives and people that make it what it is!
