For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!
Have your running shoes seen better days? That's where Jog On come in! They send shoes that still have some more strides in them around the world to those who'll benefit from the remaining rubber. Those that truly are at the end of their life are recycled, keeping them out of landfill.
Donate your old running shoes to be reused or recycled.
We'll be teaming up with Acton junior parkrun, Jog On and We Run Ealing to pack up your old running shoes, ready to be posted off to their new life.
Meet us near the Acton junior parkrun finish line.
We'll be there between 8:45am and 9:30am Sunday 25 January 2026
WE RUN EALING is the charitable arm of the award-winning Ealing Half Marathon. We deliver community-focused running initiatives, many of which are free and open to people of all abilities. Previously known as EHM Legacy, thanks to Ealing Half Marathon, we have done heaps of stuff over the last ten years to help get people moving in Ealing. We have had installed a new drinking fountain installed Lammas Park โ popular with humans and dogs! During lockdown we arranged events to encourage Ealing residents to run or walk to dozens of local parks. More recently we have brought the Blended Trails trail-running concept to Ealing and launched Ealingโs first ever Food Bank Run, in partnership with GoodGym and parkrun.
