It's Wednesday night and we are doing it right!
We'll be heading back to Herne Hill to do more leafleting for GROAD (Get Rid Of And Donate) on Herne Hill Road.
If meeting at the task, then meet at St Faith's Community Centre at 7:10
New to GoodGym Southwark?
It can be daunting coming to your first group run but we are a nice welcoming bunch! All abilities welcome, whether you're a new runner or have been running for years.
Important Information
We meet at Old Spike Cafe in Peckham from 18:30 for a 18:45 start. You can leave bags in the cafe and use their toilets before we head out if you need to.
After a warm-up, we run together as a group. If there are loads of us, there will be a back marker to ensure no one is left behind. We will run up to 3km to the task where we spend 45 minutes leafletting before running back to Peckham (back by 20:15 latest).
Don’t let your rejected items end up abandoned on streets or in landfills, where they can sit disintegrating and damaging our environment. Reach out to Get Rid Of and Donate, arrange a free collection for your unwanted goods and help us be there for everyone who needs us.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at southwark@goodgym.org.
There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Old Spike Roastery, and Old Spike Roastery and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.
