This is a short (10km-ish), slow run through the countryside.
It'll be a conversational pace and nobody will be left behind! If you're new to trail running it will be a perfect intro.
Depending on sign-ups there might be a slightly longer option too.
We'll finish somewhere nice for a coffee and a snack.

Looking out for each other! GoodGym is a community and it's important we look out for each other's safety as well as our own. As a responsible GoodGym-ers we follow GoodGym Code of Conduct all the times at our meet ups and activities, suggested by our Task Force or when we join other local events or parkrun, even when not organised by GoodGym.
