We will meet at The Forum at 6pm and head on a 3km each-way run/cycle. For those wanting to walk or just meet at the task, we will arrive at Eaton Park (Band Stand) around 6.30pm.
Please bring your own gloves.
There will be no baggage drop at The Forum, but you can leave belongings in my vehicle.
We support the council in maintaining Eaton Park as a fabulous community resource

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Ian Gostling by email at iangostling@goodgym.org.
The total distance of this group run is 6km.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
I'm the Area Activator for GoodGym Norwich. I love running and socialising with the GG family.
There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at The Forum, and The Forum and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages

Hello. Due to the weather warnings of heat on Monday, GoodGym have made the decision to cancel all groups on that day. I have tried to liaise with the task owner but they can't do any other evening next week, so sadly there will be no task next week. Drink plenty of water and eat lots of ice cream ;-)
