About this session

It's Wednesday night... it's group run night!

This week we'll be litter picking at two locations:

  1. The patch of grass where we normally warm-up, just outside Old Spike, which has been full of litter in recent weeks.

  2. Surrey Canal path

Depending on numbers, we'll either do one then the other. Or we'll split into two groups.

Here's the important information:

🏃‍♂️‍➡️🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️ The run to the far end of Surrey Canal path is 2km, so we'll be running up to a distance of 4km

📍 We'll be meeting at Old Spike, leaving at 6:45pm

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at southwark@goodgym.org.
