Maxine and Felix, Nick and Mel joined Southsea Beachwatch today for a wet and windy beach clean. It was to be an earlier than usual finish this month due to the weather, but with heads down, litterpicks in hand and bags acting like wind socks, we found small pieces of plastic and sweet wrappers in the bushes, thankfully stopped from going in the sea. We didn't take much persuading to go for hot chocolate at the Coffee Cup, before heading off.
