Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by Vicky Hearson (she/her)
By the time 6pm arrived the stormy weather had subsided. We still decided to abort the painting but nevertheless found plenty to do to keep us busy for an hour!
A team set to work in the wildlife area dismantling a compost area and chopping up the Christmas tree. A second group set about chopping down the willow which we didn't quite finish last time. Debs and Bec were both keen to climb up whilst Katie chopped up the fallen branches whilst also secretly making a willow crown (see photo!)
An hour passed and another skip was filled. Tonight we welcomed new runner Paul who got stuck straight in- hope to see you again soon!

This will improve the access to a dedicated green space for autistic children and young adults . Many struggle to leave the home due to high anxiety. This wild place can give them to space to relax and garden with their families.
