We turned up to move a bed but Mr H's family had already done it by the time we got there! We insisted that we could still be useful and got to work clearing a very overrun patio so that Mr H could have some outdoor space when he comes home too, if he would like to.

Mridula and I have a shared hatred of brambles and thankfully there was only one which we tentatively cut up and threw away quickly. The rest of the growth was easy to pull up and we got a nice big bit of patio clean and visible with space to stand and sit. It would be nice for a few goodgymers to return and go further into the garden and tidy things up more.
