Junior Park Run 🏃‍♂️

Woking Junior Park run was back this morning after a few weeks off. The park did have a few obstacles at the start but the runners navigated around them 😊.

Wayne, Karen, & Adam got to the park early to have a catch up. It was great hearing about Karen recent trip to Michu Picuhu sounded like a great trip. It was also good to catch up with Adam but not so good to hear about Adam injury which he picked up at the Richmond 1/2, and is now slowly changing his exercise routine to get himself back to his peak (Speedy Recovery Adam)

There was a great turn out this morning with 144 Runners taking part. The quickest time was an amazing 07:36 and there were also a fantastic 105 PB's Great running by everyone 🏃‍♂️.
