3 Enthusiastic GoodGymmers arrived at Holly Trinity Church Foodbank, with a que of people waiting for opening time to recieve their food parcels.

It is truely heart warming the service foodbanks give to our community in greatest need. The HTL foodbank are in desparate need of volunteers, which we were honoured to help their valued volunteer who has helped for 10 years!

Toiletries galore today with Lindsay head of the table, from shampoos and conditioners to tooth brushes and baby supplies, she was a delight to the recipients and awesome to hear she's running again, weldone.

Thrilled to hear Martin wants to be our next task force GoodGym member, keep up the great work doing good keeping fit, some big races ahead for Martin this year but he is fully committed.

Really rewarding experience, weldone for your support team, really appreciated by Holly Trinity too. Deffinatly an upper body workout my arms are going to ache tomorrow! Best way to do good and get fit.
