It was the second Sunday in a row that we were at the Farm!

It was the first ever visit for Elizabeth and Julian, after many attempts of signing up for this session (as it's popular).

Bex had a few tasks in mind, but due to the frost and frozen ground some of the gardening tasks had to be changed.

Our first task was to sweep out the Goats courtyard. After 20 minutes, we were finished with this task with much success that the animal volunteering team wanted us to help them out sweep the Sheeps living quarters, so we did this in the same amount of time before we got started with the gardening tasks.

The team were split into two. Julian and Marta started out with Sam to bag up manure and they did 12 bags (3 wheelbarrow loads) in 20 minutes whereas Elizabeth and Rebecca who started out pruning the wooden arch, did 10 bags in 15 minutes.

All apart from Sam stayed to feed the animals.

Don't forget the next session at the Farm is on February 5th.
