6 Goodgymers took part in taking care of the Woman's Aid garden in Abbey Park with some weeding after Abbey Parkrun which is the newest in our area. Some had volunteered like Sheila token sorting and myself barcode scanning, this course is set in a beautiful area and with the sun shining we all had a great time, quite literally. Jimmy went off like a rocket and earnt his PB amazing time and 1st place in his age catergory, he even managed to cheer me on to 1st lady. Jimmy and Sheila both ran their socks off too with strong finishes.

We welcomed Nick along today after he had been on finish tokens at Parkrun he decided to join us, hope you enjoyed it pleased you came along. Weldone all, Womans Aid really appreciate us looking after their garden I think we have seen it through the seasons now, beautiful how full it was looking today.
