Slightly exhausted after helping with deliveries last night, and ahead of starting their own Christmas Day celebrations, three GoodGymers headed to Worthing parkrun.

John set up and parkwalked, Belinda ran the show as Run Director and results processor. Roxy welcomed finishers by barcode scanning.
