Huge congrats to @Tim on his 100th run! Check the photos for Tims honorary GG bear photo, courtesy of @Rachael.

Tonight we headed up to help @Craig with the upkeep of the Sustrans National Cycle Network.

We got a great brief from @Craig who told us the tasks for the eve:

  • Litter picking
  • Chopping back overgrowth
  • Sweeping back glass

After all the work was done we did some Olympic themed clean and jerks with gardening equipment for our fitness session before heading home.

SUSTRANS
The charity that makes it easier for people to walk and cycle.

Sustrans are engineers and educators, experts and advocates. They connect people and places, create liveable neighbourhoods, transform the school run and deliver a happier, healthier commute. Sustrans works in partnership, bringing people together to find the right solutions. They make the case for walking and cycling by using robust evidence and showing what can be done. Sustrans are grounded in communities and believe that grassroots support combined with political leadership drives real change, fast.
