Mrs P is self isolating and needed someone to pick up a prescription today - being so close to home and coinciding with the finish of another mission, I eagerly signed up to help.

There was some initial confusion when the pharmacist told me that someone had already picked up a prescription for Mrs P today. I contacted her, and it turned out that this was an additional prescription to her usual one. Thankfully the pharmacy were able to find the new one once I explained this.

Mrs P was very grateful for the help.
