A wonderful morning collecting and dropping off Mr and Mrs D’s medication prescription via Clapham Common (I spotted a man playing frisbee golf - very cool)! And the added bonus of a PB 5:12 average for my 5K! A very grateful Mrs D kindly gave me a can of pop to take away!
