We had a great GoodGym turnout this week to support Wardown Parkrun, six of us doing a combo of marshalling and barcode scanning on a lovely sunny morning, congratulating the hundreds of keen runners and walkers doing their 5ks. Special cheers for GoodGymmer Gail who was running it today, and doing a 5k chat in the process!

Enjoyed my run to Wardown, and I was surprised how enjoyable marshalling was, and how appreciative the Parkrunners were of our cheers. Only downside was how chilly I got (not to self: bring a coat in a rucksack next time, or cheat and come in a car in warm clothes ;-) )
