With a number of our usual crew busy scaling mountains elsewhere (or possibly making their minds up to do last-minute Eurovision prep) five GoodGymers staged a mini version of the Parkrun takeover this month. Most significantly we welcomed Kamal to the group for his first mission! Congratulations Kamal! We covered course set up, first timers welcome, marshalling and barcode scanning - all kinds of everything you might say. Was it successful? Ooh aah just a little bit (and possibly a little bit more).
