Yet again Mr T had a perfect turn of phrase to describe the mushrooms that I'd bought for him last week in Tesco. To be fair (and not to do down Tesco's mushrooms - other supermarket brands are also available...), he did say that after a couple of days in the fridge, the mushrooms were much softer, and the omelette that he cooked up with them was lovely. I did though note that they were absent from this week's list...
