Yep tonight involved a lot of leg work, hence the pun! We had nine GG Brummer's taking part, as Lizzie's sister Fran was a very welcome number 9.

We had lunges, split squats, squat jumps, wall squats, followed by press ups, a back widow excercise then to finish with, a bit of planking!
