After a last minute change of plan four GoodGym runners met on Turnham Green to plog around the Green.

Tonight was no ordinary night on the Goodgym Hounslow calendar for it marked the momentus occasion of Matt's 100th good deed and a first double mission night for Hounslow. Well done Matt on reaching the magical 100, making a difference in your communities Hounslow and Hammersmith.

We soon filled three bags of rubbish before the rain kicked in after the task; upholding Matt's claim that "it never rains on a Goodgym task". We were forced to abandon all plans of fitness and tuck into cake to celebrate Matt's golden milestone instead.
