What a gorgeous morning 😎 for three GoodGymers to join the volunteering team at Eltham junior parkrun.
Armed with high-five foam hands ✋️ and wearing our high-viz jackets 🦺 we cheered and marshalled the sixty young runners and their parents around the 2k course.
Such a fun way to start a Sunday.
