New year and it was time to get this par-TEA started!1st shift for 2024 and 2 Goodgymers started the day with early shift at the ESK Friday Hub. First time for Kat ESK who joined the Tea Rex dinosaur Steph Ducat. Steph in the kitchen and welcomed Kat who was assigned to the tea station. Quiet start and Kat enjoyed her shift and chatted to alot of guests and talked history by the sounds of it. Usual stuff for the kitchen with some chopping, mashing, beating veggies and fruit cooking meat for the lunch service . Kat then came to help in the service area to setup tables etc. More and more people were coming in and looking forward to eat delicious food.
