It’s time tuber-n the boats and the food service started at 1pm. Victoria joined before the start of the shift and was going to help serve meals to the guests. Steph Ducat still in the kitchen and Kat longer as noticed a lot of guests and wanted to help a bit longer. It was time to get smashed or mashed 🤔 Lentil soup as starters, chicken stew with mashed potatoes, vegetables and a side salad. Veggie curry for non chicken eaters. Then a delicious apple struddle with yoghurt as dessert. Thanks Spud the team nailed it despite being busy.
