Today 5 Goodgymmers helped out at Leicester's parkruns and many more ran including Jimmy M, Lindsay and Lynn all at Abbey.

Myself and Amanda were at Braunstone where we both managed to run aswel, Jen and Dave were at Watermead, Nick at Melton.
