Last night we welcomed some familiar faces and returning heroes as we joined forces with volunteers in Bromley Palace Park.

After a steady 2K run around the houses, we rocked up to the park to help ferry wood chip back and forth, lining the path circling the moat before rainy season arrives.

Recycled from an expired tree on the park's grounds, the wood chip should stop the path turning into a muddy slip and slide over the autumn.

Special mention to mother and daughter duo Sarah and Liliane for getting their first Group Run under their belts, and GoodGym regular Laura for joining her first session since we reformed.

You can sign up to our next sessions here:

Monday 14th - Deep Clean Church House Gardens

Monday 21st - Spread The Word for The Library of Things

Hope to have you all back.
