No, I'm not *that* Sam Rider. I'm a health and fitness journalist, dad, part-time runner and the newly minted area activator for Bromley.
ℹ️ Summary
Library of Things operate a London-based network of lockers stocked with useful tools like drills and carpet cleaners which people can hire rather than buying new. LoT are keen for more people to discover this service before Black Friday and Christmas shopping mania kicks in.
All GoodGym volunteers joining this session will be given a LoT discount on borrowing too.
For the run, all paces are welcome. Nobody will get left behind. We'll have back markers and an optional walking group if you'd prefer to go slow.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Sam Rider - Bromley Area Activator (he/him) by email at samrider@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 3km and 5km in total.
Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
GoodGym is a community of people that get fit by doing good. We run, walk and cycle to do practical tasks for community organisations and isolated older people.
