We were met by Mrs E's son who quickly showed us the fireplace surround to be moved from the living room, and where it needed to go up two short(ish) flights of stairs into an upstairs bedroom. Before you could light the blue touch paper, Anne and I had it moved from the living room, round a small corner and up the stairs into its new temporary home. Boom.
