Today's Goood-gymmers from Lambeth, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Southwark and Hackney came to Bethnal Green food bank to get busy with helping provide the people of Tower Hamlets with much-needed food parcels.

Sarah and Sree welcomed the Clients with masks and hand-sanitiser, before Jo and Simon took down their personal details and placed orders to be taken to the stock room.

Harry and newbie Lauren got stuck in right away, running the orders to made up and 'shopping' for the food parcels.

Meanwhile, Beth, Rosie, Katy, Eva and newbie Josh were creating tidiness and order so that products like tea-bags and nappies were ready in time for next week's packing -session.

Well done Food bank crew, especially during this needy time in Tower Hamlets!
