GoodGym members helped out during the week and weekend, doing shifts at City Harvest. Unloading, sorting, stacking and shifting are all in a day's work for our GoodGym gang, especially at such a strange time for everyone, it was a great way to do our bit to help out.
There was plenty to do on all the shifts this week, with restaurants shutting down, so lots of surplus food to be sorted, ready to send out to those who need it the most!
City Harvest will reach a massive milestone next week, of having saved 9 million meals GoodGym have certainly played a part in reaching that milestone, and we will continue to help to get them to 10 million!
If you would like to help out, check out the community mission listing and sign up for a shift!
City Harvest helps put surplus food to good use in a sustainable way, by distributing to organisations that feed the hungry.
