After a scorching Bank holiday weekend, I was expecting far more rubbish at Castle Field. We still picked up two full bags of rubbish in about 20 minutes, but the bins on the field were also overflowing, so people were definitely trying to be tidy!

We had a lovely (socially-distanced) chat with a gentleman nearby who was really grateful for our hard work.

We could have carried on picking for longer, but Alice got distracted by tree-climbing and the promise of a post-pick icecream!
