Sheila was joined at the Baby Bank today by Siobhan who had travelled all the way from London. As there was also a large Corporate group in, it was great to have someone with experience to keep up with all the secondary clothes-sorting that needed doing. We were kept busy all morning checking clothes, putting them away, and filling up bags with the rejects.

Providing essentials to families in extreme need
The Baby Bank collects donations of good quality clothes, equipment, and furniture to help families in extreme need. They provide essentials ranging from everyday items like nappies, and wipes to larger items like cots. They support families beyond the baby stage, for example with school uniform. They aim to give all children the best possible start in life.
