Join a working party at Oaken Grove Park to give the wildflowers beds some TLC. Jobs include the following:

  • Dig up the creeping thistle
  • Plant more bulbs for the spring
  • Cut and collect some areas.
  • Put down cardboard and woodchip

Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in this area. The Friends of Oaken Grove Park will show us what to do.

Bring gardening gloves if possible.

Free car parking just outside the gates. Don't park inside the park as the gates are likely to be locked when we get back.
