Welcome to windy Worthing

On a windy and fairly chilly day the fabulous 5 dodged the showers to convene for the annual seafront flowerbed planting day.

Thank you to you fabulous lot for your wit, humour and nifty fingers and also to John for holding the empty flowerpots!

We have planted a mixture of Gallardia, dianthus, lobelia and petunias. The theme is red and white and I think its going to look very pretty indeed.

We are now all doing a rain dance! Any volunteers for watering would be very much appreciated.

Felt almost like normality has resumed in Worthing. the seafront was packed and we even had a lovely tourist from Watford giving us lovely comments about the town we are all so proud of.
