We were back to help The Friends of Turnham Green for Dave's 101st good deed to rake and sew the wild flower meadow ready for the spring.

Earlier that morning Dave had done his 100th good deed at the GoodGym Takeover of Gunnersbury Parkrun.

So this was the perfect way to round off a double header, and work off the breakfast we'd managed to squeeze in between the two tasks.
