Pinch punch 1st of the month... another Bank Holiday Monday.... and the stormtroopers returned to Teville Gate for round 2 of the tidy up.

Wow Wow Wowser !

Who would have thought that such a cold and wet bank holiday Monday and frankly a pretty grim clearing up community task in Worthing could bring such happiness and good vibes in a run down area of Worthing ?!

Firstly a warm GG welcome to first timer Karina this evening bringing energy ,happiness oh and her photographer husband Paul with her ( Phew I'm off the hook on taking photos tonight ! ) Please accept a GG CHEER from us all.

After a 1 mile warm up run we arrived at Teville gate and pulled out of the hat some GG magic on a smallish area with an alarmingly large amount of rubbish buried in it . Beth and Karina were well camouflaged in green tops that almost disappeared without trace in the bushes.They both seemed to emerge with a wealth of can and bottles together with an ever smiling, cheerful and hardworking Ed !

A huge welcome back to Roisin . It was so good to have you back tonight :) :) :) looking great in your red GG tee shirt. It was great to hear all your exciting plans for the next few months.

I must mention my husband Nick who came back for his second ever weekly run and bingo! He picked another Teville Gate tidy up night ! A date night with a difference.

We finished the evening with a further 3 mile run combined with some fun lampposts , crocodiles and outside gym fitness training.
