This was mission #2 in helping Sendisass4bcp distribute their flyers to schools and GPs in the local area. Daryl, Eleanor, Chloe and Caprice didn't let the rain put them off. They met at King's Park and then hit the streets. This was an epic running mission where the GoodGymers ran a total of 10K whilst weaving through the streets of Pokesdown and Southbourne. They even managed to squeeze in a mini Graffiti tour finishing on the mighty Boscombe Owl 🦉 Once all the locations had been delivered to the group ran back to King's Park.

Elanor and Daryl meet at the Brewhouse for the short run to the Care Home for tonights Quiz which was kindly written by Caprice who could not make tonight(but she did leave me with the same question twice which was fun).Once at the Care Home we meet Chole and James Once inside there was Balloons and banners up as it was Jess's Birthday she is 102 which is amazing and she only looks 50 The quiz went down very well they all enjoyed it as it tested there General Knowledge. The top team this time was The Wanted with 21 out of 30 the Lose Women came second with 17 I look forward to seeing you all next week at Hope Housing.

Daryl and Ross meet at the Brewhouse for the short run to the Care Home,once there we meet the rest of the team as we all like our monthly visit to the care for the quiz.Daryl was the quiz master for a change this month there was two rounds of twenty questions each round,Ross and Katie joined one team,the Brains of Britain, Emma,Chole,Milly and Sophie joined the other,The Seagulls.The rounds consisted of General Knowledge and True or False.The winners by one point was the Seagulls who scored 30 out of 40 ,the Brains of Britain where close runners up with 29. Daryl and Chole meet at Bournemouth Pier to Marshall at the March for Men which is a 5k or 10k run,walk for the Bournemouth hospitals charitys for mens illness We where given our Marshall post and made our way to the post it was very cold wet and windy on the sea front but that did not damper the spirits of the runners. We soon had the 170 runners run past us We made our way back where we had a well deserved Hot Chocolate and Coffee afterwards we said our goodbyes and headed home Ihope to see you all on Monday for the quiz Daryl
