Our last session at Terracycle Pinewood boxing up over 8kg of chocolatate wrappers to drop off at a collection point for local scouts.

Also Pam boxed up 3 packages of crisp packets (about 27kg) in total ready for courier collection on Tuesday.

A few other little tidying up jobs and we were ready to close the doors.

As we approach the wrapping (!) up of this task, today was spent boxing up the biscuit wrappers and taking stock of which streams can be boxed up and sent away next week so that the correct number of packing boxes can be ordered.

A sack load of milk bottle tops were sorted and packed up and driven over to Blackwater to contribute to a fundraising donation for Thames Valley Air Ambulance.

The last two bags of Nespresso pods were packaged up, labelled and taken away for posting.

Another visit to Terracycle to sort, pack and label the recycling donations. Coffee pods were the main focus of this session with one lot bagged up for Nespresso and a binful of Tassimo pods were crated up to take across to Braywick Heath nursery for fundraising.

We didn't rack up many steps but there was lots of Walk(er)ing as we condensed 6kg of crisp packets from 4 boxes down to 3 ready for labelling and preparing for courier collection. With Jen, Brenda and Pam all getting stuck in we had that taped up in no time.

There was Pom Bear'ly any room left in the boxes when we had finished.

A weekly visit to sort and package up recycling to send to Terracycle.

This weeks visit saw us boxing up the plastic coffee pods ready to drop off at Braywick Nursery for fundraising and bagging and labelling the aluminium pods ready to post back to the company for recycling.
