Carbuncle Passage is one of London’s Lost Rivers; a concrete covered section of the Moselle River. It provides an excellent connection from the Tottenham High Road (at Scotland Green) to the Tottenham Marshes, via Hartington Park and the Tottenham Marshes bridges. It is a neglected and unloved space; fly tipping, littering and dog fouling are common. The threat of more serious crime, both real and perceived, is a barrier to residents using this space or as a route to access Tottenham Marshes
