4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Woking Parkrun in Woking.

This morning 3 of our regulars turned out to help out at parkrun.
Adam was marshaling, James was running but paced Lauren from our c25k club to her very first 5k. We'll done Lauren 👏.
Liam also ran and did barcode scanning after.
