1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

On a cold and dark Wednesday evening it was a quick 6km dash to Miss I. Once I'd confirmed the list and collected the money it was another short run to Tesco's. And then back to Miss I's before a 6km dash home. Note to self next time think about a base layer! Winter is defintely coming.
