Warm Up Clean Up
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the Keep Wales Tidy in Cardiff.

With temperatures plummeting in Cardiff and across the UK, Martin, Nathan and Michael opted against standing around in the cold before the main group run, deciding to keep moving and collect litter near the start point.
A week gone by and yet another bag full of rubbish collected around the Sport Wales National Centre and Cardiff Coach station. Cans, bottles, disposable vapes and a broken umbrella all headed into the bin bag.
