Once again we met at the Queensbury ready for a Monday full of running and weeding! What more could you want on a Monday night??!

This week it was Clitterhouse Farm that needed our help. Pete led the way on the 2.25km run via Cricklewood, and we were met by Anika who showed us how to remove the sticky Willy that was taking over the wild flower garden, as well as removing the weeds all over the path. With seven of us hard it work, we managed to remove buckets of the stuff before it was time to head back to base...after a team photo and a quick stop at the Buggingham Palace.

We ran back to Willesden Green where Sabina led us in a thorough a cool down incorporating a number of great stretches.
